Internships

We offer internship opportunities throughout the year in both our Portland and Los Angeles offices. Our internship program is intended to provide every student with practical opportunities for developing fundamental skills and experience in this industry. We are committed to offering a stimulating and positive environment for our students to grow from the experience and encourage each student to accept as much responsibility as they are comfortable with.

Our internships are non-paid, credit-only positions offered with flexible start and finish dates. We ask that students be prepared to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week for a period of 3-months. However, we are flexible with accommodating college schedules and any other part-time employment commitments.

Students assist our staff with various tasks, such as:

  • Talent submissions and auditions for commercial projects.
  • Processing new talent submissions and updating marketing materials.
  • Developing press releases, web content, newsletters and other company communications.
  • Market research.
  • Business development projects.
