Chrissie Glissmeyer Sets New Women’s World Record

Sports Unlimited athlete and pro kayaker Christie Glissmeyer set a new women’s world record last month in whitewater kayaking. Chrissie had a successful run of Metlako Falls on Eagle Creek, Oregon and set the new women’s world waterfall record at 82 feet (it is a ~100 ft. waterfall with an 82 ft. freefall). The last women’s record was set 11 years ago.
